What is difficult in training will become easy in a battle

During 29-30 September 2011 in Moscow it was held the regular «acting training» through the educational program of Ipsos Global, devoted this time to tracking researches for Senior Client Service Managers.

In terms of different cases in workshop format the participants of training session had to make effective offer and thereafter to present the results of research. Training was organized as a game when participants played themselves and the trainers from Ipsos Global Team, who had prepared tasks, tested them to the limit, playing the roles of different clients types.

«One of groups even had to present the research results within 5 minutes, - Senior Client Service Manager Svetlana Bilosvit shared her impressions, - It was very interesting experience, when within the shortest terms you have to mobilize all your skills, knowledge and forces to perform task, as such situations can occur any moment you are not expecting for».

This training was home stretch in new methodologies studying after taking webinars course and testing remotely. On a par with other regional trainings, conducted by Ipsos Global Team, this workshop gave opportunity to get constructive criticism and praise of professional and personal characteristics (at the regional level the trainings in majority are held in seminars and classes format when specialists from different countries are sharing their experience in different tasks solving on terms of realized personal cases presentation and not implying the assessment of presentation and professional characteristics of those who stand out).
